The idea of establishing the Training company was conceived as the result of several years of experience with public and private sector institutions.

Performance Evaluation Co. (PEC) was established in Kuwait in 2003. PEC has the "Institute of Performance Evaluation for Private Training" licensed by the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training - (PAAET) in Kuwait and registered with the Kuwait Civil Service Commission (CSC).

PEC is Certified by Kuwait Petroleum Company (KPC) and its subsidiaries to provide training programs in the field of Management, health, safety and environment (HSE).

The company based its work on the benefit of Arab and foreign expertise and competencies. The company provides training and consulting services that contribute to the industry and construction of high-performance institutions and build the competencies of its employees.
